Tamari began working in construction at the age of 14, learning the craft and developing a passion for thoughtful design. He founded TNT Design & Build in Carlsbad in 2008.
As a business owner and family man, he takes a personal interest in each customer’s experience and remains only a phone call away.

Mor Tiefenbach
Project Manager
Mor brings her design expertise to helping homeowners make their ideas a reality. She enjoys getting to know different people and working through the unique details that make every project personal.
Greg Milev
Project Manager
Greg has worked in construction since the age of 15. His experience in construction, design, and the tile industry helps him guide thoughtful choices and find the right fit for each home.
Ethan Dreiman
Project Manager
Ethan brings project-management experience and a listening-first approach to TNT. He takes time to understand each client’s needs and offers creative solutions to help achieve their goals.
Andrea Williams
Operations Manager
Andrea joined TNT in May 2023 with experience in home improvement and degrees in Accounting and Psychology. Passionate about people and operations, she also enjoys family time, hiking, camping, sailing, and a good book.
Roni Segovia
Production Manager
Roni brings experience in residential housing management and sales to supporting TNT’s production process. A military spouse and mother of two, she values coordination, clear communication, and helping the team keep projects moving.
Susan Stipati
Office Manager
Susan joined TNT in spring 2019 and is a graduate of Cal State University Fullerton. She helps keep the office and team organized. Outside work, she enjoys reading, movies, and time with her husband and family.
Cameron Evans
Production Assistant
Cameron joined TNT in 2021 and supports projects through product deliveries, site cleanup, and coordination with city inspectors. His hard work and helpful approach earned him Employee of the Quarter.
Maryna
Head of Design Department
Maryna brings experience in architecture and interior design, with a degree in civil engineering and architecture. She leads the design department and helps develop architectural plans and practical solutions for each client.
